سمینار نظری شنا با حضور ۲۰ تن از سوی نمایندگی فدراسیون ملی شنا و آببازی در همکاری با ریاست تربیت بدنی و ورزش ولایت بلخ، در مرکز شهر مزارشریف برگزار شد.
این سمینار به هدف بلندبردن سطح آگاهی و مهارت‌های ابتدایی و تخصصی شناگران و جلوگیری از حوادث ناگوار به‌ویژه غرق شدن افراد در حوض‌های آببازی، به مدت دو روز برگزار شد.
در پایان از سوی ریاست ورزشی این ولایت به اشتراک کنندگان تصدیق نامه ها داده شدند.
