رقابتهای پهلوانی محلی از طرف نمایندگی فدراسیون کورش با همکاری آمریت تربیت بدنی و ورزش ولایت بغلان میان ۶۶ ورزشکار از مربوطات مرکز و ولسوالیهای این ولایت برای مدت یک روز در مرکز دایر گردید.
در انجام این پیکارها از میان ورزشکاران اشتراک کننده هشت جوره ورزشکاران به نتیجه مساوی دست یافته و ۲۵ تن دیگر آنها با شکست دادن حریفان خود به مقام های قهرمانی رسیده و حایز مقام های اول گردیدند.
