رقابت های پرتاب سنگ با اشتراک ۲۰ ورزشکار از سوی نمایندگی آمریت تربیت بدنی و ورزش ولايت تخار، به مدت یک در چمن ورزشی شهر تالقان اين ولايت برگزار شد.
در پایان اين رقابت ها دو تن از اشتراک کنندگان هر یک عارف خان و حسین خان توانستند مقام های اول و دوم را بدست بیاورند و مورد تقدیر و تشويق نماینده آمریت تربیت بدنی و ورزش اين ولايت قرار بگیرند.
اين رقابت ها به هدف رشد ورزش های محلی و عنعنوی راه اندازی شده بود.
